Delete your account and your data

This page explains how to delete your account on CyberGarage - Tu coche al día, the app by v13studio, along with every piece of data attached to it.

From the app

Open Settings → Data → Delete account. We send you a confirmation email; the link expires after 15 minutes and, once you confirm, the account is deleted. You do not have to write to anyone.

If you no longer have the app installed

Write to us at cybergarage@v13studio.com from the email address on your account and ask for deletion. We reply to that same address to confirm the request is yours.

What is deleted with the account

Everything you keep in the app: your profile, your vehicles and their photos, the maintenance records, the expenses, the mileage readings, the reminders and any document you attached. Also your session on every device and the registration that receives notifications.

Deleting individual data without closing the account

You do not need to delete the account to remove information. Every record has its own delete action inside the app, and using it removes the record from your account:

• Vehicles: deleting one takes its photos, maintenance records, expenses, mileage readings and reminders with it.
• Maintenance and expenses: deleted one by one, together with their attachments.
• Mileage readings: the ones you entered by hand are deleted from the odometer history. The ones derived from a maintenance record or an expense are removed by editing or deleting that record.
• Reminders: deleted from the reminder itself.
• Profile photo: removed from your profile.

If you would rather ask us, write to the address above telling us what you want deleted.

What is kept, and for how long

While your account exists we keep whatever you stored in it. Beyond that:

• The IP address and browser in the security logs are anonymised after 30 days.
• The notification history is deleted after 90 days.
• The data export file expires 24 hours after it is generated.
• Deleting the account erases everything permanently, including the consent evidence. We keep no anonymised copies.
