1. Who provides the service
CyberGarage is provided by Josep Vilchez Garcia, a self-employed professional (Spanish tax ID 47860816R) with registered address at Carrer de València 13, Roquetes (Catalonia, Spain), under the v13studio brand. Contact: cybergarage@v13studio.com.
2. The service
CyberGarage is an app for managing personal vehicles: their details, maintenances, expenses, mileage and reminders. You need an account to use it and must be at least 18 years old.
3. Your account
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials secret and for what happens under your signed-in session. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication in Settings.
- The data you enter must be yours or you must be authorised to manage it.
- You can sign out of all your devices and review your active sessions from Settings → Security.
4. Acceptable use
You may not: attempt to access other users' data, overload or interfere with the service, use the app for illegal activities, or upload content you have no right to upload. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
5. Your content
What you upload (photos, receipts, your vehicles' data) is yours. You grant us only the permission strictly needed to store it and show it back to you; we use it for nothing else, share it with no one, and delete it with your account.
6. The app is not mechanical advice
Reminders, vehicle health states and statistics are informative and derived from the data you enter. They do not replace the manufacturer's manual, official inspections or a professional's judgement. Decisions about your vehicle's actual maintenance (and their consequences) are yours.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service running continuously, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may update the app and its features, and withdraw functionality with reasonable notice when the change is significant.
8. Price
CyberGarage is currently free. If any feature becomes paid in the future, it will be clearly announced and you will never be charged without your express action.
9. Ending the service
You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time from Settings; deletion is permanent. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms, with notice except in cases of serious abuse or legal requirement.
10. Liability
We provide the service with due diligence but, to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages or for decisions made based on the app's informative content (see section 6). Nothing here limits the rights consumer protection law grants you.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you reside in the European Union, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence.
12. Changes to these terms
Every version is dated. If a change is significant, the app will ask you to accept the new version before continuing. The version you accepted is recorded and can be checked in Settings → Legal.
